Returns and Shipping Policy
We hope that you will never find reason to return a product, however, we acknowledge that from time to time this may arise.
Please be mindful of our returns and shipping policy as listed below, please make sure you have read them carefully and understand them completely. If you have an questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Larger Items - Gift Boxes
At freedom oils we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on any item returned to us within seven days of delivery, provided they are still in their original packaging, undamaged and in an unused condition.
Whilst we understand that you may need to open a product to evaluate the fragrance, for reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to accept the return of any product that has been used. All returned goods will be closely examined upon receipt in accordance with our policy.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
If an item ordered arrives damaged, please make a claim by emailing us as soon as possible at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns are only accepted up to a period of 7-days from the date of delivery.
Returning a product
Should you wish to exchange or return an item, you must first email us and provide details of the reason for the return. We will then be able to advise on the most appropriate action, of course, taking in to account your wishes.
To return an item, please enclose your brief note outlining the reason for the return and please include your contact details. Wrap the package securely and post it to us.
You will need to ensure that your return goods are packaged safely, since we are unable to offer refunds on returns that have been damaged in any way during transit. We cannot accept liability for packages lost or damaged during transit, therefore you are advised to send your package by tracked delivery, registered post or courier.
Your return should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it.
For all diffusers, a 60 day replacement warranty from date of delivery will be given.
All parcels must be signed for on delivery, please ensure someone will be available at your chosen address. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, a Card-to-call will be left by the delivery company.
If you have been given a postal service Authority To Leave (ATL) for your deliverable packages, we are not liable in any way for loss, theft or damage to the parcel left in accordance with this authority. To avoid this risk we recommend you have your package sent to a secure location where signature is required.
Freedom oils can not offer international postage at this stage. All postage is within New Zealand only.
Our delivery estimates: 2-5 working days for urban delivery in New Zealand. 3-7 working days for rural delivery in New Zealand. Please be aware these numbers are only estimates.
